At this year’s Milan Furniture Fair, Maarten Baas has unveiled his latest creation: an iPhone app of his renowned “Analog Digital Clock”.
Baas is best know for his handmade limited pieces that are mostly produced for museums and private collectors. The original "Analog Digital Clock" was created as part of Baas's series of "video art" electronics. It is a transformation of the traditional alarm clock where actors change the minutes on the clock manually. With this new iPhone app, he has turned a museum piece into a mass product that only costs a dollar.
