For this year’s London Design Festival The Aram Gallery presents Grassworks by Jair Straschnow.
Made from Bamboo laminate sheets, the Grassworks collection represents a series of experiments in self-assembly furniture systems which are simple, intelligent, beautiful, space-saving and wholly sustainable.
NOW: Art of the 21st Century, the inaugural sale in Phillips de Pury & Company’s new series of themed auctions, took place this past Saturday in London. This marked the first time pieces of contemporary design were included in a major sale alongside works of fine art and photography, and they fared impressively well.
After 4 days of rigorous interviews, on the spot editing and daily uploads we are pleased to say that the DeTnk.TV Studio at Tent London was a great success.
It was our great pleasure to welcome internationally renowned designer Rolf Sachs to our studio during this year’s Tent London.

Coinciding with this year’s London Design Festival, a group of young Polish designers are showing new work at a venue in the Brompton Design District.
Each year this prestigious award is presented to a designer who has made a significant contribution to the progression of design. The chosen designer must have a demonstrated history of consistent work, as well as outstanding work created within the last twelve months.

A cornucopia of design talents, The Dock is the latest hub to be added to the Festival scene.
Instigated by Tom Dixon, the project plays host to a series of exhibitions, pop-up shops, installations, restaurants and events, presented in over 40,000 square feet of space.

During this year’s London Design Festival, Spring Projects presents “American Chateau Room One” a new commission by Jaime Hayon and Neinke Klunder. Hayon and Klunder have been collaborating since 2003 but the works shown in this exhibition mark a departure for both artists.
