Glithero (Sarah van Gameren and Tim Simpson) will be the first to exhibit in VIVID Gallery's new space in Rotterdam.  The artists will present a large 'Blueware' wall piece made specifically for the space along with vases and other installations.

VIVID's exhibition will include new works from Glithero to further enhance the momentous opening of a new space.  The 'Blueware' works are the artists attempts to use photography to capture the 'moment' and using cyanotype technique to expose these images onto the ceramics.

Cyanotype technique originated in the 1840s, but has since dwindled in popularity.   However, Sarah and Tim have brought back a new interest in Blueware.  Their images of plants and weeds are those of familiar greenery growing where the duo live.
