Tan Le: A Headset that Reads Your Brainwaves

In this video recently posted on TedTalks, Tan Le, the head of Emotiv Systems, discusses and demonstrates the far-reaching applications of her astonishing new design for a headset that has a computer interface which reads its user’s brainwaves.

This device would make it possible to control virtual objects, and even physical electronics with mere thoughts (and little concentration), and thus has the potential to transform the world of technology for both designers and consumers.
