Milan Design Workshops: Ross Lovegrove

As part of SPD’s SummerSchool 2009, London-based designer Ross Lovegrove will lead a one week design workshop on Luminocity.

The workshop will focus on designing lighting devices and bright installations for street furniture with the aim to emphasise various and unusual places in the city.

While offering you the chance to put your creativity to the test working with one of the leading names in the international design scene, this one-week workshop is a great opportunity to exchange ideas and swap experiences in Milan.

The workshop is open to students in design, architecture and communication, as well as professionals or tutors who wish to experience this intensive educational pathway.

Beside the workshop there will be the possibility to visit exhibitions and design show-rooms to make the stay in Milan ever more exciting.
