Jerwood Contemporary Makers presents an exhibition featuring the work of seven makers whose practices are transforming the way we think about craft.
Responding to the theme of Impact, each of the seven participants, including Committee, Linda Florence, Julia Lohmann, Rachael Matthews, Geoffry Mann, Claire Norcross and Ismini Samanidou, will present work that explores the unknown, the virtual, the risk and desire of making.
Forming part of the Jerwood Visual Arts series, the Jerwood Contemporary Makers has been initiated by the Jerwood Charitable Foundation to encourage new and stimulating ways of showing work across a range of craft disciplines and to support emerging talent.
