Champagne
The curled ellipses create a delicate cradle for the amber globe to float in the centre. The glass table is blown through with air bubbles creating abstract refractions,The highly polished acrylic globe 'floats' in its cradle.
' The inspiration for this table came when imbibing a champagne cocktail at a friends 50th birthday party; fortunately I only had the one and managed to sketch out a rough idea on a knapkin!'
