During this year’s Cologne fine art weekend, Designer’s gallery will showcase the works of Amsterdam-based designer Satyendra Pakhalé.
Strongly influenced by his Indian roots, Pakhalé’s creations are an artful blend of fine Indian traditions and craftsmanship with state-of-the-art technology and materials.
The exhibition, featuring a range of limited edition works, including the Bell Metal Collection, Flower Offering Chairs, and the Birdchaise, will take an indepth look at this fusion of Indian and European visual and material culture while exploring Pakhalés synthesis between the industrial and hand-made.
