The National Centre for Craft and Design is currently presenting over a decade of works by Danish furniture designer Mathias Bengtsson, in his first solo exhibition to be held in the UK.

The exhibition traces the achievements of Bengtsson's career from the mid nineties to today, featuring works including architecture, proposals for public spaces, jewellery and furniture.

Among the highlights is the Slice series, a range of furniture created from 'slices' of laser-cut aluminum, acrylic and plywood that won Bengtsson his international recognition.
