While continuing to interpret and engineer the values of sculpture and seating, London-based designer Ron Arad has created a new series of works which venture into previously unexplored territories for the designer.

In a departure both in scale and material sophistication, Arad uses his ability to innovate with cutting-edge technology, while perfecting the ideals and techniques of hands-on craftsmanship, to create a series of volumetric forms with unexpected and mesmerizing visual effect.

This new body of work, the designer’s most ambitious to date, will be unveiled on November 7th at Friedman Benda in New York.
