Internationally acclaimed designer Arik Levy is presenting work in a week long exhibition at the Wright Boutique and Auction House, Chicago.
Levy’s furniture and lighting designs in Absent Nature are inspired by natural forms. The Log series, made in limited edition pieces from blackened wood, mirror polished stainless steel and stainless steel mesh, will be premiered in this show and viewed alongside his Fractal Cloud Lights, the first time these have been seen in the US. Levy describes the Log series as an “evolution of rock”, they evoke the weight and rawness of materials, whilst the Fractal Lights illustrate the electric energy of storms.
