This month sees the opening of A Clean Break, an exhibition promoting the concept of low-waste development for the urban environment.
The exhibition, which coincides with Design Philadelphia, will focus on modern prefab architecture and high-design innovations with an emphasis on 'clean' aesthetic and ecological development.
Emerging as a pop-up neighbourhood of modern and sustainable design, A Clean Break will feature innovative design solutions from international architects and designers, addressing issues of urban infill, twenty-first century development and sustainability.
The outdoor exhibition will offer full-scale homes to tour, installations by architects, urban farming, transportation, environmentally-friendly furniture, public art and other high-design, low waste products.
