As part of Vienna Design Week, The Netherlands Architecture Institute presents Tangible Traces, an exhibition exploring the significance of design and architecture in times of globalisation, standardisation and commercialisation.
Featuring work by leading Dutch designers Hella Jongerius, Frank Havermans, Onix, Claudy Jongstra, and Alexander van Slobbe, the exhibition presents work which is consciously seen to open up a dialogue between nostalgia and technological innovation, introducing handcraft, tradition and context back into the conversation on design.
