Designed using Dupont Corian, a translucent material that can incorporate a touch sensitive surface and display area ideal for 2500 LEDs and two track pads, the Pong Table is a modern take on the classic Arcade Pong.
The game is programmed into an inbuilt microchip that controls a matrix of LEDs beneath the table’s surface, when the lights are on user’s are invited to partake in a classic game of pong, while off the table provides an elegant white surface suitable for more conventional needs.
The Pong Table was exhibited as part of MoMA’s Design And The Elastic Mind, New York. February 24 - May 12, 2008.
