...ABC by Workshop for Potential Design

...ABC invites 6 practitioners to review the former exhibition using various media and methods. Each review will translate the original exhibition into 6 new versions, suggesting alternative ways of talking about the same set of objects and ideas.

Workshop for Potential Design is a platform for speculative and collaborative design practice founded and run by Bernadette Deddens and Tetsuo Mukai.

The practice curates and organises exhibitions that touch on subjects concerning the transitional nature of our ideas about phenomena, objects and the environment that creates them, offering a new perspective on grey areas within the field of design such as voids, placebos and imitation. Perhaps not classified as a design exhibition at first glance, the shows are about design, rather than of design.
