Woodland Minimalist Cabin by Adolf Bereuter
Interior Architecture and Design
Raw, minimalist and modest, Adolf Bereuter‘s latest project is nestled deep in the woods in Wolfurt. The cabin is designed to tread lightly on the land and its sculptural form relies on both the structural and aesthetic integrity of the timber.
Materiality lies at the heart of the cabin. Continuous with its natural context, bespoke timber joinery combined with large windows invites natural light to flood into the interior warming up the space. This perfect blending of form and materiality not only allows for the cabin to minimize its visual and physical impact but creates a profound connection to the site.
