New York City
Cristina Grajales Gallery have gone from light political to fantasy in their new show "Pegasus" which runs until July 13th 2012. Once again, the gallery has proven its discerning taste - bringing together an inspired group of designers and design objects.
From The Gallery
Cristina Grajales Gallery is pleased to present our 2012 spring group exhibition, Pegasus.
Pegasus, the iconic winged horse of Greek mythology, symbolizes knowledge, glory and inspiration. Exhibiting pieces ranging from ceramics to textiles to mixed-media collages, the work shown at this group exhibition not only embodies Pegasus in the use of avian characteristics; they are also emblematic of the ideals that the spectacular creature represents.
Pegasus will include the work of Sam Baron, John Paul Philippe, Eric Rhein, James Salaiz, Suzanne Tick and Mark Welsh.
