the 'Left Over Collection' by Rabih Hage at the Order of Saint Johns

For Clerkenwell Design Week 2012 the Order of Saint Johns has been taken over by various designers. One of the standout pieces is 'The Left Over Collection' by Rabih Hage for Corian® Colour Evolution.

These works, which premiered last month in Milan, contrast beautifully with the twelfth century church in which they are situated. The bright colour palate of the Corian® standout amongst the stone and rich colours found in the church. The 'leftover' concept also plays with the surroundings, an old church hosts a contemporary design fair.

Imperfection is beauty; a discarded material is as noble and precious as a newly polished stone
