An Evening of Films by Ray and Charles Eames
20 February '12
London
From 6 to 9 pm on the 20th of February 2012 Peer Gallery in Hoxton will present a series of films by Ray and Charles Eames.
From the Gallery:
Charles and Ray Eames made around 100 short films between 1950 and 1982, which communicated, recorded and celebrated their wide and expansive interests. Our current exhibition includes three of these films, which have proved tremendously engaging to our audiences.
In response to this enthusiasm, we will present a special evening that highlights further aspects of this extraordinary body of work.
The programme will comprise eleven more films from their oeuvre. The films will be screened continuously so that you can dip in and out over the evening, and join us for a glass of wine in the PEER/PARTICIPATE space.
