W Hotel hosts WOW Bikes

W Hotel Leister Square is hosting the Wow Bikes fundraiser for the Elton John Aids Foundation. Six bikes have been commissioned to be designed by iconic creatives such as Ron Arad, Paloma Faith, and Temperley.

Residents of the W hotel get exclusive access to the bikes, until they will be auctioned off in October. All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Elton John Aids Foundation.

Ron Arad's bike continues Arad's tradition of challenging ones expectations. Instead of simply decorating a bike, Arad 're-designed the wheel'. A witty jesture that, we are sure, will fetch a fair amount of of bids when auctioned off.
