A square tablecloth that we remove from its centre, a white handkerchief falling, opening more and more; This is the ‘Flight' of the fabric pendant.
The folds of the three different fabrics are emphasized; it is then put on a metallic structure keeping it in three different apertures as it is suspended in flight.
Inspired by Kartell and created by Andrew Aloisio, ‘Somewhere In Between’ is an exploration into what might be if Kartell’s two product identities, Labware and Furniture manufacture, were to merge.
