Turning the World Upside Down

The Serpentine Gallery and The Royal Parks present large scale outdoor sculptures by Anish Kapoor in Kensington Gardens throughout the fall and winter.  The exhibition will showcase recent works that have never been featured together.

As many of Kapoor’s works are created from highly reflective stainless steel, the works are said to reflect the changing colors as the Seasons progress in the gardens. This duality of the reflection juxtaposed next to the actual landscape will force viewers to interact with the space in new ways.

The exhibition is part of the Serpentine Gallery’s 40th anniversary exhibition program and The Royal Parks new arts strategy.
