Simon Lee Gallery of London and Galerie Kreo of Paris are doing a unique artistic exchange by exchanging galleries for a brief time in September and October.

The exhibition space exchange allows each gallery to test the market in each others’ respective city. Simon Lee presents a collection of works to create an exhibition that playfully challenges the boundaries between art and design. The Paris exhibition opened 16 September.

Galerie Kreo has likewise created an exhibition for the public of London to recontextualize their own works in a new setting.  The London exhibition opens on 25 September for the end of London Design Festival.

Whether in Paris or London this week, both galleries have innovatively participated in this unique exchange, and DeTnk recommends a visit to either or both.
