Three Summer Shows in Gent

This week, the Design Museum Gent is opening three exhibitions that will run concurrently from July 3 to October 24. The first is a retrospective of work by the renowned Flemish porcelain designer Piet Stockmans.

The second is a curatorial presentation by Naoto Fukasawa and Jasper Morrison titled “Super Normal: Sensations of the ordinary”, which explores and celebrates the designs of everyday objects.

Finally, the third show presents Nilton Cunha’s “Gold Luck” collection of tableware made from silver and Corian that he originally designed for the Sterckshof Silver Museum.
