The Bouroullecs at Kreo

From 24 April to 22 July, Galerie Kreo in Paris will show a series of new collections from acclaimed designers Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec. Over the years, the Bouroullec brothers have gained a reputation for technical experimentation in their work.

According to them, the gallery space offers “a more instinctive form of research free from the constraints imposed by industry,” that allows them “time to explore different media and extraordinary techniques that are rejected by industry”. Their latest creations will no doubt continue in this theme. The series of wall sconces, lighting, and shelving installations that make up this exhibition combine a variety of materials including leather, electrical wiring, mirrored metal and paint to develop a sense of mystery and delicacy in each object.
