VIVID Gallery: Studio Job’s Farm

As part of this year’s Design Miami, VIVID Gallery will present a complete installation of Studio Job’s Farm collection in conjunction with the Zuiderzee Museum. The Farm consists of 30 objects crafted from rosewood, bronze, leather and glass. Each object is one of a limited edition of six pieces.
Studio Job is renowned for its extremely narrative works that take unorthodox approaches to relevant social themes. The Farm is a tribute to the ‘perfect’ country life - that fictive notion of the ignorant yet happy rustic existence. The works take their formal inspiration from objects traditionally associated with this scenery, and are crafted with the signature opulence of Studio Job.
This is VIVID’s 4th year showing in Miami. This year, the Rotterdam-based gallery is among the few European galleries to make the transatlantic trek.
