Event: 'Milano Design-in-the-City'

‘Milano design-in-the-city’ is a new urban event dedicated to design enthusiasts. Conceived, coordinated and promoted by DesignPartners (organisers, of ZonaTortona Design), this four day event will exhibit innovative product design in over sixty showrooms and stores across the city.

Planned around a series of urban circuits, the event will make the city of Milan its main focus. Maps, available at all participating locations as well as online, illustrate these different circuits and will guide visitors from one shop to the next, which are all in walkable distance from one another. Each circuit will be dedicated to a different product sector: interior furniture, outdoor furniture, complements and objects, kitchen and bathrooms, lighting, fabrics, and finally surfaces and materials. This will allow people to plan their visits around their own personal interests.

With the shops staying open for extended hours and hosting a variety of different events, ‘Milano design-in-th-city’ is trying to create an environment for communication, interaction and sales.
