The Pavilion of Art and Design [formerly DesignArt London]

This year Patrick Perrin and Stéphane Custot have reworked DesignArt London under a new concept to create the Pavilion of Art & Design. Building on the success of DesignArt London’s previous two years, The Pavilion of Art & Design London 09 will mirror its Parisian counter-part, the Pavilion des Arts et du Design Paris, by embracing Fine Art into its selection of Decorative Arts and Design.
This year a selection of renowned Modern Art dealers will show alongside their Design counterparts in the hopes of creating a complementary panorama of 20th century objects reminiscent of its sister fair in Paris.
The event will be held in Berkeley Square, and will coincide with the Frieze Art Fair located minutes away in Regents Park. It will run from 14th – 18th October , and will include selections from over 45 exhibitors from around the world, topping last year’s 32 participants. These will include such notable dealers as Barry Friedman, Marc Benda, Perimeter Art Design, Galerie Downtown, and Carpenters Workshop Gallery, among others.
