Christie’s will be hosting their 20th Century Decorative Art and Design Auction March 26th, 2009 at the Rockefeller Plaza, New York.

The Auction will offer collectors an excellent selection of masterworks by modern and post-modern 20th century designers including George Nakashima, Marc Newson, Wendell Castle and Jean Prouvé.

Among the highlights will be George Nakashima’s Conoid Bench, Wendell Castle’s ‘Broken Dreams’ Bench, Shiro Kuramata's ‘How Hight the Moon’ chair and Marc Newson’s Prototype ‘Mini Event Horizon’ table.
