To coincide with this year’s Design Miami, the Corning Museum of Glass presents GlassLab, an innovative program pairing the Museum's master glassmakers with some of the most creative minds in design.

Using a unique mobile hot glass studio, GlassLab invites leading designers to explore new design concepts in a dynamic public forum.

Design performances by Yves Béhar, the Ladd Brothers, Michele Oka Doner, and more will reveal the extraordinary potential of glass as a medium for design and a catalyst for new ideas. GlassLab brings the material to life through live glassblowing demonstrations, allowing viewers to experience the excitement of hot glassmaking as they observe the interplay between the designer and glass artist, and watch the rapid evolution of the design.
