The collection of Design Interviews brings together five of the great names in Italian design in a new installation at Switzerland's Museum of Design and Applied Contemporary Arts.
Arising from a collaboration between the Museo Alessi and the publishers Corraini, five films have been created that document the careers of Achille Castiglioni, Andrea Branzi, Alessandro Mendini, Richard Sapper and Ettore Sottass, in celebration of their work for Italian product brand, Alessi.
To accompany the five portraits which see the designers speak colourfully on their design conceptions, the MUDAC will present an exhibition of their emblematic objects alongside a host of studies, material research and unrealised projects.
Most definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
