Peter Marigold at the DeTank.tv Studio

In the Detank.tv Studio at Tent London, furniture designer Peter Marigold talks to Max Fraser about some of the works that he has produced in the short time since graduating from the Royal College of Art in 2006. He takes an honest approach towards material use and processes, making objects that celebrate the rawness of nature and self-production.

In this film, he talks about his love of drawing and sketching and his desire to then translate that idea generation into three-dimensional product. His workshop is his haven, where the process of making constantly unveils new typologies and operates as the beating heart in his quest to give beauty to free, cheap, mundane, or found materials.
