DeTank.tv Studio at Tent

During this year’s festival, Tent London, the East London hub and Exhibition held at the Old Truman Brewery, will be hosting the Detank.TV studio – a Philips sponsored purpose-built studio in the centre of the exhibition grounds.

Key figures from the global design scene will be interviewed by Max Fraser as well as a selection of guest presenters. The footage will be broadcast live onto plasma screens that will line the outside walls of the studio, allowing Tent’s 18’500 visitors during the 4 days of the event to watch and listen to the interview sessions as they unfold. The interviews will then be available to see on DeTank.com from 19th Setemeber.

In between sessions, chosen works from the Tent Digital “ Digital meets Physical’ call for entries will be broadcast, providing a unique platform for digital practitioners working in the field today.

With designers such as Michael Young, Piet Hein Eek and Moritz Waldemeyer speaking live and comprehensively on their work, DeTank.tv Studio will provide stimulating commentary from the heart of the festival.
