Along with the galleries selection of work, Wendell Castle will be in conversation with Alastair Gordon on Friday 7, December from 6-7pm as a part of the DesignTalk. Design Pioneers Program.

Wendell Castle: Wandering Forms--Works from 1959-1979
Published on the occasion of Castle's 80th birthday this year and his retrospective exhibition at The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield, Connecticut, this publication is the first in 20 years devoted to the designer's work. The book focuses on Castle's exceptional early works in wood and fiberglass, which transformed the way we look at furniture and its making. Essay by Alastair Gordon, Introduction by Evan Snyderman.
