24HR Design&Make has been set up by group of Goldsmiths College Design students attempting to demonstrate what can be created in 24 hours.

Starting at 7am, groups of teams will be provided with basic materials, tools and a brief to bring together objects, drawings, illustrations, installation, sound, video, and textiles. The teams will broadly be made up of current and recently graduating students, each team will have a leader, who will direct the rest of the group from the initial briefing through a rapid 24hr design process and finally into making.

The event will be open from 7am, for people wishing to look at how the space takes shape over the 24 hours; finishing at 7am the following day. There will then be an opening at 7pm, where the outcomes and processes will be shown.
