Praeteritum, Praesens et Futurum by Rowan Mersh at Gallery FUMI
19 May — 01 July '17
After nine successful years in Shoreditch, Gallery FUMI has moved to Mayfair. At its new space on Hay Hill, FUMI will host an ambitious programme of exhibitions to showcase works by leading and emerging contemporary designers and artists.
Spread across two floors, the new gallery signals a radical new phase for Gallery FUMI, further strengthening its exposure to its client base.
“This move is something that both our clients and designers have been wanting for some time. However, we were never going to compromise on the right space, so we kept searching and Hay Hill came about at just the right time. Hay Hill is the perfect new home for the gallery – bright, spacious and the best location”.
Sam Pratt and Valerio Capo, co-owners.
Over the years the gallery has distinguished itself for its relentless pursuit for unconventional and thought-provoking contemporary art and design. Elements of rawness and integrity unite the vision of Gallery FUMI’s international roster of designers and artists, harnessing the emotional, physical and intellectual value of craft practice.
