The scheduled programme of events will span the south bank, from the Hayward Gallery’s 40th anniversary celebrations to the Design Museum's exhibition Richard Rogers + Architects: From the House to the City. The Museum will also be hosting the latest ‘Design Overtime’ which presents a series of short drop-in talks covering London's architectural past, present, future and futuristic.
Other activities include films at the BFI South Bank; live installations at the National Theatre; dance performances at the Toby Paterson-designed pavilion in Potters Fields; live music in the Scoop at More London; artist films in the H-Box designed by Didier Fiuza Faustino at Tate Modern; talks; performances; DJs and much more.
Definitely worth a visit, if only to catch some live music and enjoy the spectacular view.
