'Modern Design' - Auction at Wright

On the 29th of March 2012 at midday Wright will host the first of this seasons bi-annual Modern Design Sale. As usual with Wright, the sale features a large selection of American mid-century works.

In the 2012 DeTnk Collectible Design Market Report we found that postmodern works saw a rise in interest from collectors in 2011. This sale has a nice selection of works from designer Paul Evans, who has consistently been in the top 10 for post modern designers. It will be interesting to watch these lots in particular to see if the post modern market continues to grow.
