Once again the Royal College of Art is hosting their annual 'Secret Postcard' fundraiser. With a total of 2,900 postcards selling at £45 each the fundraiser, as always, is set to help the RCA continue to provide the design and art community with some of the brightest graduates.

After looking through many of the postcards, we have picked some of our favourites.

Either get to the RCA early this week and purchase a raffle ticket for your chance to be at the front of the line, or get your tent from storage and join the rest of the enthusiasts in the camp that forms every year opposite of the Royal Albert Hall.

THE SECRET

The postcards are displayed anonymously and are signed on the reverse, so that the artist remains a secret until after the cards are purchased and their signature is revealed.

THE ARTISTS

Over 1,000 invited artists have donated 2,900 works to RCA Secret 2011, including Tracey Emin, Anish Kapoor, Grayson Perry, Yoko Ono, Olafur Eliasson, Yinka Shonibare and John Baldessari, designers Kenneth Grange, Margaret Calvert and James Dyson, fashion designers Paul Smith, Manolo Blahnik and Erdem, animator Nick Park, photographer David Bailey and film maker Mike Leigh, as well as up-and-coming students and graduates from the Royal College of Art.

THE EXHIBITION

Exhibition open at the Royal College of Art, Kensington Gore, London SW7 2EU from Friday 18 November until Friday 25 November 2011, 11am-6pm, (Thursday until 9pm). Free Admission. The postcards will also be available for viewing on this website from Friday 18 November.

THE SALE

The cards will be sold to the public in a huge one-day sale on Saturday 26 November 2011, 8am-6pm, with each postcard costing just £45. A maximum of four cards may be purchased per person. Postcards will only be available to purchase in person at the Sale. It is recommended that you prepare a list of cards in advance, as the exhibition will not be open for viewing on the morning of the Sale. You must have an RCA Secret Collector's Number to purchase a card at RCA Secret 2011. CLICK HERE to get one.

THE RAFFLE

First-Fifty Raffle tickets for a chance to win a place at the front of the Sale queue will be on sale at the Exhibition, until an hour before the close of the exhibition on each open day. A maximum of ten tickets may be purchased per registered Collector.
